Thank you all for your comments on my last post. I'm surprised some of you have never eaten figs, I thought they were going all around the world. I wish I could share mine with you. For me, eating a fig is the symbol of how good life can be.
9/11 is the symbol of how quick a disaster can happen, and how sudden death and sorrow can appear. I hardly can watch the images on TV, and cannot imagine the feelings of the persons all around the world who suffered of the consequences, and still do. All my thoughts are with them.
Take care!

My aunt grows figs, but is unfortunately the only one in her immediate family to enjoy them!
Like you, I don't want to relive 9/11 in photos either. It was a day full of uncertainty (I had heard right after the towers fell that a plane was headed for Los Angeles).
I am awfully curious about figs now!
The anniversary of 9/11 has hit me a lot harder than I expected. You can't go anywhere here without coverage and photos from that day. I can still remember that day with such clarity and it's hard to believe that it's been ten years.
We will never forget....
BTW -- I do not know the answer to your moon question....I will continue to look for the answer....sorry....
This is a nice text, very sensitive... Kisses from under the palmtree - Nath
