Roses are Blooming, ctd

Hello everyone!

So, after a beautiful hot weekend, we are back to freezing temperatures. -8°C this morning. Brrrrrr!
Fifiquilter, if you are coming in May, you should have nice temperatures. I'd say it is the ideal month to visit.

The weekend has been quite.
The mittens are finished:

The rosettes are finished too:DSC01905
Now it is the turn of the center. While I was reading the instructions this morning, I'm wondering if I'm sane... This is going to be quite a job...

I hope you will all have a nice week.
Take good care!

Those mittens look so nice and warm. Love the color too. What are you going to do with that beautiful needle work? I can't wait to see it finished.

Vero, I'm glad you had a break from the cold and snow. I can't even imagine being able to get out in the garden! Ours is covered by at least a foot (30 cm) of snow.
Those fluffy mittens are lovely and your embroidered roses are beautiful. What is the project going to be?
